View the Output of a Relative Permeability Simulation

Animation of Exa DigitalROCK multi-phase waterflood simulation on a Fontainebleau rock sample.

Exa DigitalROCK simulations capture multi-phase pore-scale events in unprecedented detail, such as in this unsteady-state relative permeability imbibition simulation going from connate water to residual oil. Important rock and fluid flow properties can be measured throughout the domain, and key microscopic phenomena can be observed, providing insight into the underlying physics governing the essential flow properties of rock-fluids systems. Moreover, such relative permeability results are obtained on the order of days, and are available as part of the Exa DigitalROCK cloud offering.
